Return Process:

Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with the product.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Process:
